01. What are our working Office hours ?
  • Open from 9 am to 9 pm.
  • Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day.

03. What payment methods do we accept ?
  • Online ( Visa, Master, MADA ).
  • Onsite / Outlets ( Cash, POS)
  • Bank transfer via Call Center.
04. Can i book tickets over the phone ?
Yes , through Call Center via bank Transfer .
05. Are online payments safe ?
Yes it is, we deal with pay-fort via Riyad bank.
06. How do I know that my booking is confirmed ?
When your payment has completed you will receive an email receipt confirming the booking , so please ensure you correctly input your email address right.
07. I didn’t receive a conformation email, is my booking confirmed ?
sometimes email service providers send emails to junk folders; folders; please check this before getting touch to confirm your booking. please do not book again as refunds can not be made.
08. I Cant attend the event, can i have a refund?
Sorry all tickets are sold as non refundable or exchangeable .
09. Will my seats be together ?
Yes , as per as you choose in the floor plan of the venues.
10. I have tickets to a canceled event. Can i get a refund ?
The decision of whether or not to allow refunds is made by the promoter and we are usually contractually bound by the promoters’ refund policy. In most cases, the promoter will allow us to fully refund the ticket face value. If your event was canceled we will contact you by email or by phone to advise if a refund will be given and when.
11. I have tickets to a rescheduled event. Can i get a refund ?
If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as we know. Please note that usually tickets can’t be refunded but we will advise this when we send you details of the rescheduled event.
